Andi Jarvis is the founder of Eximo Marketing, dad to Kiera and a BBQ fanatic.
Andi set up Eximo Marketing in the summer of 2017 to help companies find more customers by creating effective marketing strategies, fix under-performing parts of their campaigns, and provide training to educate and engage their teams.
He holds an MSc in Marketing and developed the frameworks used at Eximo Marketing while studying for his Masters.
Having a repeatable framework for marketing activity is the best way to ensure that any success can be replicated and any failures can be reviewed and improved on. Yes, that’s right, even the best marketing campaigns flop sometimes. But if the data is reviewed and lessons learned, then all is not lost.
Thanks to his academic background in marketing, Andi has guest lectured at Liverpool John Moores University, Ulster University and the William J Clinton Leadership Institute. He also has a Digital Marketing Strategy programme that runs online with the University of Vaasa, Finland.
He hosts the Strategy Sessions podcast, a fortnightly show that interviews some of the best marketers in the world and provides T.O.P.T.I.P.S for marketers – sadly he also sings the theme tune.
An in demand international conference speaker, Andi has shared his views on marketing with audiences in the UK, Europe and North America and is a highly rated speaker on subjects such as marketing strategy, marketing planning, launching a direct to consumer offer and consumer buying behaviour.
He is a trustee for Liverpool Football Trust and an independent member of the IFA’s Licensing Committee.
