Get Ready For Lift Off

Once you’ve got the green light for GO, the work really begins. The Launch process takes you from a good idea to having a revenue generating business unit.

You’ll work with a lead consultant to plan and deliver all the necessary steps to bring the DTC business to life.

Externally, the most visible parts of the Launch process would be an ecommerce site, new brand* and a marketing plan to bring customers to the site.

But the real work happens internally. Your consultant will work with you to change your internal processes to be ready for DTC sales.

This will range from data management to customer services and order management through to delivery with everything in between.

Your core competence is B2B, therefore launching a DTC offering can’t compromise the revenue generated from your traditional model. By working with Eximo Marketing, we bring we bring our expertise to guide  you through this process to get you to revenue faster and avoiding common pitfalls along the way.

The Launch process typically takes 6 – 12 months and once we’ve hit the first sale, your DTC business has launched and it’s time to move to Orbit.

Taking Your Sales Into Orbit

Turning your DTC business into a profit centre for the organisation, delivering sales growth at increasing speed.

After you’ve started selling direct to consumer, you’ll need that business to start paying back the launch investment.

Orbit is where we refine, improve and grow the DTC business through a focus on continuous improvement.

Growing the customer base, generating repeat sales, turning customers in to fans and advocates and improving margins are the key areas when in Orbit.
